In 1981, metallica released their first studio album entitled, "Kill Em All" which was an unrecognized masterpiece at the time. It was just a great great album, especailly as far as live material goes.  It takes thrash to new extremes and is a great great album.  Being a bass player, anethesia is almost my anthem.
